US Airways United Way Campaign Underway - From Sept 29th through Oct. 31st US Airways will be holding their annual United Way Fundraising Drive. Pegasus Committee members will be in the Inflight check-in areas educating members on the Pegasus Project. Flight attendants can select The Pegasus Project as their "donor choice" for 2008.

AirTran Airways Holds Initial Payroll Deduction Drive - On Sept. 29th AirTran Airways AFA EAP representatives hosted their first Payroll Deduction Drive. Several flight attendants donated very generous gift baskets as door prizes to recognize those enrolling for payroll deduction supporting The Pegasus Project. A very special thank you to the MEC EAP Chair, Delores Jefferson and her committee members Vern La Mones and Ken Mills for spear heading this tremendous effort!

 A second payroll drive is scheduled for October 30th. The Pegasus Project is extremely grateful for the passionate exuberance that this committee embraced to educate their members about Pegasus and also for helping increase funding to The Project!

Silent Auction to benefit Pegasus at the AFA Board of Directors Meeting in Phoenix October 15, 2007-  This October when AFA leaders meet to conduct the annual board meeting, a silent auction will be held with the proceeds to benefit The Project. The Gently Used Uniform Program (GUUP) at US Airways - This is an on-going program that has been highly successful due to the company's generous donation of 600 new uniform pieces and a place to house the GUUP.
